The invention relates to a device for inner metallization by means of an electric arc, applicable for restoring and anticorrosive coating the inner surfaces of the bearings, bushings, bearing boxes, etc. This device consists mainly of a body (1) for fixing two pipes (3) guiding the threads (20), into the metal-spray gun, two pipes (4) for supplying the compressed air and for the power supply and a spraying head (10), provided with a cover (12) having a support (16) of the air nozzles (17 and 18) mounted thereon at 45 degree as against the plane of the thread, said nozzles confining the electric arc and deviating the sprayed metal jet. The advantages of the device for the inner metallization by means of an electric arc, derive from the possibility of cooling the power supply path with the compressed air used for spraying of the addition material and from the inclination to 45 degree of the support (16) of the air nozzles a (17 and 18); the increased output due to the possibility of carrying out the metallization with high intensity values of the electric current, the deposition quality close to the one obtained by the installations for inner metallization using plasma, the low price and the possibilty of coating inner surfaces larger than 75 mm .
