Industrial cooker for the mass preparation of paellas and other dishes, formed from a considerably lengthened bed in which there is a longitudinal line of burners, either based on linear burners or burners in the form of a T, which uniformly lie along the entire bed, or, alternatively, based on independent and separate circular burners. Immediately above said line of burners, there is a fixed grille which is suitable for the displacement of the cooking receptacles from one of the ends of the cooker, specifically from the entry end, to the exit end, which grille is framed by two lateral conveyor chains assisted by a drive unit, preferably of adjustable speed, which determines that the time required for a receptacle to run from the entry to the exit of the cooker coincides precisely with the cooking time provided therefor, to which chains are coupled entrainment hooks for the receptacles containing the food which are coupled in turn to the handles of said containers. <IMAGE>
