摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To measure the temperature within a furnace with good reproducibility, even with repetitive mounting and dismounting of a measuring instrument for calibration of the furnace temperature by always setting the positional relation between the place to be measured and a thermoelectric couple constant. SOLUTION: A furnace temperature measuring instrument 23 is provided with a protective tube 24, wherein a plurality of thermoelectric couples 15 are inserted being shifted. The protective tube 24 is set along the axis of the furnace, and the temperature inside the furnace which is different from zone to zone in the axial direction because of divided heaters is measured. A projecting locking section 27 is installed on one side of the protective tube 24. The locking section 27 is engaged with a locked section installed on the furnace side to fix the direction about the axis of the protective tube 24 against the furnace. Inside the protective tube 24, a plurality of capillaries 21 are fixed in a row. Plural thermoelectric couples 15 can be fixed in the protective tube 24 aligned by being inserted into those capillaries, respectively.
