PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flange cover device mass-produced at low cost, not bulky when transported, easily mounted around a flange of a connection part of a pipe wound with heat insulating material, and easily detached. SOLUTION: This flange cover device comprises bisected synthetic resin cover bodies 1, 1 mounted around a flange of a connection part of a pipe wound with heat insulating material. Both cover bodies 1, 1 have outward side edges 1b on both radial sides of semicylindrical curved walls 1a, and end walls 1c, 1c formed at both axial ends of the curved walls 1a. When mounting the cover bodies 1, 1, the side edges 1b, 1b of both cover bodies 1, 1 are overlapped with each other and fastened by fasteners.
