PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate a daily handling work for draining stored moisture by providing a grip from a storage port and a front surface to a bottom in a tray and providing a transparent material for seeing through a storage amount in the tray. SOLUTION: A storage port 52a is provided on an upper surface of a tray 52 of a front surface side, opened in a size for entering a palm of a hand. A grip 61 for drawing the tray from a base 11 is provided from the front surface to a bottom. Further, a grip 62 for carrying to drain moisture in the tray 52 is provided in the port 52a. That is, for draining, hands are put on both grips 61, the tray 52 is pulled, then the hand is inserted from the port 52a to grasp the grip 62, and the tray is carried to drain it. The tray 52 is constituted of a resin material for seeing through the interior so as to visually recognize a storage amount of the moisture from an exterior.
