PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount a pipe member by improving outer appearance without directly projecting a head part of a screw on a surface of the pipe member and without causing lowering of strength of the pipe member on a recessed part even when a through hole is punched out on the pipe member and the recessed part to be provided in its circumference is not made larger. SOLUTION: A pipe mounting structure A is constituted so as to sink a head part outer end surface 51a of a screw 5 at the roughly same level as a surface 42a of a seat member 4 or deeper than the surface 42a of the sheet 4 in a screwed state by interposing the seat member 4 to open a screw insertion hole 41a on a central part between a recessed part 15 formed simultaneously in the circumference of the through hole 14 at the time of punching the through hole 14 on the pipe member and a head part 51 of the screw 5.
