PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the design of a shaft screw of an electric surgical tool reducing a possibility of electric conduction between half parts of a tool by arranging an insulating material on a revolution surface for electrically isolating first and second half parts and providing first insulating coating and a third lumen. SOLUTION: First and second half parts 302 and 304 are insulating material 322 arranged on the revolution surfaces 310 and 316 and electrically isolate each other. The insulating material 322 acts as an insulating barrier for current conduction between the half parts 302 and 304. But, there is a possibility of a current path between the half parts 302 and 304 of the tool via a shaft screw 332. A further insulating protection is performed by first insulating coating 330 on an insert 324. Alternatively, the further insulating protection is performed by second insulating coating 332a on the shaft screw 332 and insulating epoxy 334 between the insert 324 and a second lumen 318. A possibility of electrical short between the half parts 302 and 304 between first and second tools is remarkably reduced. |
