摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce fluctuation in a filling quantity in each filling cycle due to respectively independent operations of sampling by a flow meter and the on/off control of a valve by a control unit. SOLUTION: A filling machine has a timing synchronizing means 62 for synchronizing the starting of sampling by a sampling means 66 with a valve opening signal 17a so that in each filling cycle, a flow rate at a fixed time can be sampled after a valve is opened.
