PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stencil printing equipment, to which a stencil base paper can be synchronously installed with neither the development of wrinkle in the stencil base sheet nor the application of excess tension to the stencil base sheet. SOLUTION: At a synchronous installing action, in which perforation based on image data is applied to the stencil base sheet 11 during the windingly installation of the stencil base 11 around a first plate cylinder 25 or a second plate cylinder 26, a predetermined sagging is given to the stencil base sheet 11 by forwardly driving a plate roll 19 by the substantially elongated winding length due to the height of a plate seat part 28 to the winding length realized under the state that the stencil base sheet 11 is wound tightly on the outer peripheral surface of the first plate cylinder 25 or the second plate cylinder 26 so as to control the outer peripheral speed of the first plate cylinder 25 or of the second plate cylinder 26 to coincide with the peripheral speed of the platen roll 19.
