Upper and lower system housings (1,2) are connected by a flat metal seal (3) with apertures (5) to connect control channels (4,6). One or more of the apertures are formed as diaphragms, and within this area, the control channels are wider than the apertures. The flat seal has a thickness of more than 1,0mm, e.g. 0,05 times the width of a channel, and less than 0,05 times of a channel width. Within the channel the seal has a cup-shaped molding (7).
