PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional image drawing device capable of reducing image drawing process time by making it possible to increase the speed of a clipping process for a polygon stretching across the inside and outside of an image drawing area. SOLUTION: A new apex data storage part 9 for storing new apex data calculated by a new apex data calculating part 5 is provided, and the new apex data stored are referenced when clipping is needed, thus eliminating the necessity of calculating new apexes for the same side plural times, and greatly increasing processing speed during clipping.
