PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacked noise filter in a structure, with which a high noise removing effects can be provided, over a wide range of frequencies at a low cost. SOLUTION: A plurality of electrodes 21-24 for signal line connected to a resistor 30 and a plurality of electrodes 11-14 for ground line are alternately located, while being confronted through insulator layers 10B-10H. An electrode 24 for signal line is located between the electrode 14 for ground line closest to the resistor 30 among the electrodes 11-14 for ground line and the resistor 30. The electrodes 11-14 for ground line are mutually connected by via holes 15-17, passing through the insulator layers and the electrodes 21-24 for signal line are mutually connected by via holes 25-27 which pass through the insulator layers.
