PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium, its method and its device for recording real time data in a rewritable optical disk while continuous reproduction is guaranteed. SOLUTION: A reproduction standard model is introduced so that a reproduction device can continuously reproduce real time data and a real time extent is arranged on the information recording medium by using a real time reproduction condition.
