PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a numeral character to be input by an intuitive operation, and provide structure suitable for a compact information operation terminal. SOLUTION: Numeral keys and two function keys are slid corresponding to a time-of-day direction in a dial of a time piece from the center of an operation key face to conduct an input operation, in the operation key face with its center supported to an elastic shaft (spring or the like) fixed to a bottom part of a base. A contact part is provided along an operation direction in a peripheral part in a position corresponding to an input operation position. A tip of a pusher for pushing the contact part by the operation of an operation key is guided to the contact part by a guide groove. An operation input position detecting circuit is provided to calculate the operation input position to be output, using an output from the contact part as an input. The peripheral part of the operation key is pushed from a prescribed direction to bend the elastic shaft, and the corresponding contact part is pushed or operated cooperatively with the slide input operation.
