PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase variable type sprocket mounting structure capable of changing an interval between adjacent attachments speedily, continuously, and non-stepwise. SOLUTION: Fixed sprockets 18, 20 and a loosely moving sprocket 22 are attached to a drive shaft 14 rotated and driven by a motor 12. Chains 24, 26 with attachment are wound around respective sprockets. The loosely moving sprocket 22 is provided with a pin 34 extending in the axial direction in parallel with the drive shaft 14. The fixed sprocket 18 has a circular arc long hole 40. A means for fixing the pin 34 protruding from the long hole 40 is provided in the fixed sprocket 18. This means consists of an adjusting screw 42 and a U-shaped fitting 44. By rotating the adjusting screw 42, the fixed sprocket 18 and the loosely moving sprocket 22 are attached to the drive shaft 14 by a predetermined difference in phase between them, and the first chain 24 and the second chain 26 are provided in a condition in which the attachments 28, 30 are deviated from each other.
