PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress oscillation of a floor from generating noise in a car. SOLUTION: A floor 31 of a passenger compartment is mounted on a floor plate 23 of an under-frame 11 via a plurality of floor beams 33 and 34. The oscillation of a truck is transmitted to the floor 31 through a center pin 27, a body bolster 25, a center beam, the floor plate 23, and the floor beams 33 and 34 to oscillate the floor plate 23. Of the sills 33 and 34 at the ends in the longitudinal direction of the car body from the body bolster 25, there is not the floor beam 34 in the central part in the width direction of the car body. Therefore, the oscillation of the floor 31 at the ends in the longitudinal direction of the car body can be reduced.
