PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a manufacturing cost and to improve a working property by devising support of a neutral position of a movable part of an objective lens driving device. SOLUTION: A disk apparatus is provided with a base 17 having a support shaft 23 and a magnet, a movable part 18 which is supported by the support shaft 23 so as to be capable of freely rotating around the axial direction and capable of freely sliding in the axial direction, which holds an objective lens 33, and which has a focusing coil and a tracking coil 39, and a magnetic member 41 which is formed like a line and attached to the movable part 18 and which holds the movable part in the neutral position with respect to a focusing direction and a tracking direction by being attracted by the magnet.
