PLATE TYPE HEAT EXCHANGER FOR ABSORPTION REFRIGERATOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate type heat exchanger capable of being applied to an absorber or the like of an absorption refrigerator. SOLUTION: The plate type heat exchanger (30) comprises first plates (31) and second plates (32) alternately laminated. A first space (41) and a second space (42) are partitioned by laminated heat transfer plates (31, 32). The first space (41) becomes a closed space, and the second space (42) is opened at an outer edge. When the absorber is constituted of the heat exchanger (30), an absorption solution flows on the surfaces of the plates (31, 32) at the second space (42) side, and a cooling water flows in the first space (41). A gas refrigerant is introduced into the second space (42) opened at the outer edge. The solution heat exchanges with the water, and hence the water derives an absorption heat.
