PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a person in charge to refer to accumulated information collectively by automating retrieving procedure according to a schedule in relation to a remote retrieving system in which to collect distributed information like a record of users managed at each business foothold. SOLUTION: A computer 2 on a retrieval requesting side which has received an application for reservation from an applicant sends mail of request for retrieval to computers 3-5 on a retrieval performing side with the applicant's user ID as a condition of retrieval. The computers 3-5 on the retrieval performing side returns a lodging record of each applicant as mail of a retrieval result. The computer 2 on the retrieval requesting side composes the part of lodging records and transfers composite mail along with the application for reservation to the person in charge.
