PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain both a vinyl chloride-based resin which readily gels, has excellent impact resistance and durability such as fatigue strength, etc., and its molding. SOLUTION: This vinyl chloride-based resin comprises a vinyl chloride-based polymer as a main component and an elastomer component. This molding is obtained from the vinyl chloride-based resin satisfying conditions that the molding is not broken by a Charpy test (based on JIS K7111 using a test piece with a notch) at 23 deg.C, has >=9.8 kJ/m<2> Charpy impact strength at 0 deg.C and >=50,000 number of times until breakage in a tensile fatigue test (at 23 deg.C under repeated load of 29.4 MPa a 0 MPa at 5 Hz frequency).
