PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide heddle shaft rod (4, 5) comprising a molded body having two short sides (22, 23) and at least one side wall (18) between them, capable of being overloaded, and easily and simply producible. SOLUTION: At least one side wall (18) of the molded body has different wall thickness in at least two regions spacing each other in the longitudinal direction of the body.
