PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor module whose electromagnetic shielding function or a noise eliminating function can be successfully improved and ensured. SOLUTION: A photodetector module comprises a photo diode 2, integrated circuit element 3; resin package 4 for sealing the photo diode 2 and the integrated circuit element 3; first conductor 11 for a ground terminal which has an inner portion which enters the resin package 4 from one part thereof, and an outer portion 11A which is connected with the inner portion and projects out of the resin package 4; and conductive film 5 which covers the surface of the resin package 4. The inner portion of the first conductor 11 has extended portions 11F-11H extended toward other portions of the surface of the resin package 4 than the one part.
