<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a receiving sheet capable of manufacturing at a low cost a receiving sheet which is very high image quality since thick and thin irregularity, dropping out or the like are improved in a receiving sheet suitable for a dye thermal transfer printer and to which an intermediate layer containing a hollow particle is provided. <P>SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a thermal transfer receiving sheet which successively forms an intermediate layer having a hollow particle and an image receiving layer on at least one surface of a sheet like supporter, after forming the intermediate layer and/or after forming the image receiving layer on at least one surface of the sheet like supporter, a surface temperature of the intermediate layer or the image receiving layer is adjusted at a range of 30-130°C, the method for manufacturing the thermal transfer receiving sheet carries out a smoothing process through a nip part of a pair of rolls comprising a metallic heating roll and an elastic roll by adjusting a surface temperature of the intermediate layer or the image receiving layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
