A fuel leakage prevention control method of an LPI(Liquefied Petroleum gas Injection) vehicle is provided to prevent fuel leakage in an injector regardless of the temperature increase of an engine room, by sequentially controlling first and second cut-off valves mounted on a fuel supply line in detecting turn-off of an engine. A fuel leakage prevention control method of an LPI vehicle comprises: a step(S101) of learning operation control time of first and second cut-off valves and setting map data; a step(S102,S103) of maintaining opening of first and second cut-off valves if on-state of the engine is maintained; a step(S104,S105) of detecting operation information while on-state of the engine is maintained, and calculating and extracting control operating time of the first and second cut-off valves from the map data; a step(S106,S107,S108) of closing the first cut-off valve by the control operation time of the first cut-off valve if engine OFF is detected, and closing the second cut-off valve by the control operating time of the second cut-off valve; a step(S109,S110) of detecting the pressure of an injector, and judging whether the detected pressure is lower than a preset fuel pressure level; and a step(S111) of returning to the step of closing the first and second cut-off valves if the pressure of the injector is higher than the preset fuel pressure level, and maintaining the first and second cut-off valves at a closed state if the pressure is lower than the preset fuel pressure level.
