PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network selection system capable of realizing the selection of a network by a caller terminal. SOLUTION: In order to realize the selection of a network at a call from a caller side terminal (caller terminal) 1 to a called side terminal (called terminal) 2 to which connection through a plurality of networks can be applied, the called terminal 2 informs the caller terminal 1 about connection possible networks at a call from the caller terminal 1 among a plurality of networks, and receives a network selection command from the caller terminal 1 after the information. Connection processing to the called terminal 2 is executed through the network corresponding to the network selection command by a pushbutton input or the like to realize the selection of the network by the caller terminal 1.
