METHOD FOR MAKING OF APPROACH TO THE LYMPH NODES OF SUPRAOMOHYOID AREA AT THE SURGICAL TREATMENT OF LOWER JAW CANCER, AFFECTING THE SKIN OF CHEEK AND SUBMANDIBULAR TRIGONE

摘要

A method for making of approach to the lymph nodes of supraomohyoid area at the surgical treatment of lower jaw cancer, affecting the skin of cheek and submandibular trigone, comprises the resection of affected skin of desired size in a tissue block, which is ablated, by the cuts parallel to lower edges of jaw. The cut is continued from the its front edge along a digastric muscle anterior belly of opposite side to the hyoid bone and then along the omohyoid muscle superior belly of the affected side to the back edge of nodding muscle.
