A head liner of a vehicle with an impact-absorbing decoration member is provided to improve user safety by effectively protecting a head of a passenger, when a collision occurs. A head liner(10) of a vehicle includes an impact-absorbing decoration member(20), which is installed on an inner surface of a ceiling panel of the vehicle. The impact-absorbing decoration member has a pocket-like shape. The impact-absorbing decoration members are mounted on four corners(A,B,C,D) and left and right edges of the head liner in a length direction. The impact-absorbing decoration member is elastically deformed to absorb an impact, which is generated during a collision, and protects a head of a passenger.
