A laminated sheet for preparing a flexible tube, and a method for preparing the laminated sheet are provided to prevent the deterioration of quality of a laminated sheet due to the adhesion error of an aluminum foil layer. A laminated sheet for preparing a flexible tube comprises an aluminum foil layer(11); a polyester film layer(13) formed on the one surface of the aluminum foil layer; a first film layer(15) formed on the polyester film layer; an ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer adhesive resin layer(17) formed on the other surface of the aluminum foil layer; and a second film layer(19) formed on the surface of the ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer adhesive resin layer.
