A rotary-conveyer line for manufacturing consumable patterns contains series-located device of preliminary dispersion of initial polystyrene, a pneumatic transport elevator, a batch measuring installation, and a rotary unit for producing foam-patterns. Tangentially to the unit there are located a conveyor of holding foam-patterns, conveyors of assembling, dyeing, drying of the piles of foam-patterns and a transport conveyor of finished piles of consumable patterns. The rotary unit for producing the foam-patterns is equipped with devices for blowing, sintering cellular polystyrene and cooling sectional molds with foam-patterns in the form of moving plates with sectional molds located in tunnel type annular chambers. |
