An exothermal mix for obtaining of fusion high-speed steels contains iron oxide, aluminium powders, oxides of alloying elements or powders of these element at contents of sulphur and phosphorus in termite no more than 0.02 w/w. An iron scale as waste of blacksmith's and rolling productions is used as iron oxide, and metalic chromium or ferrochromium, silicocalcium, ferrosilicon, ferrovanadium, carbon, molybdenum and tungsten oxide are used as alloying elements or powders thereof. At that steels of Р9K5L, Р10K5F5L marks are obtained depending on different ratio of components of the exothermal mix. |
