摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a titania-based flux-cored wire for gas-shielded arc welding which is free from drop of beads even in vertical upward high-current welding, which has less generation of spatters, and which enables a weld metal to be obtained that is excellent in mechanical properties. SOLUTION: The flux-cored wire contains, by mass, 6.0-12.0% TiO<SB>2</SB>, 0.7-1.0% Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>, 0.6-1.0% SiO<SB>2</SB>, 0.1-0.3% ZrO<SB>2</SB>, 1.0-3.0% Mn, and as metal or alloy, 0.3-0.6% Si, 0.1-0.3% Al, and 0.6-0.9% Mg based on the total mass of the wire, where TiO<SB>2</SB>+Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>+SiO<SB>2</SB>+ZrO<SB>2</SB>is 8.0-13.5%, (TiO<SB>2</SB>+Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>)/(TiO<SB>2</SB>+Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>+SiO<SB>2</SB>+ZrO<SB>2</SB>) is 0.85-0.95, (Mn×Mg)/Si is 2.0-4.0, Na+K is 0.15-0.25%, and Na/K is 0.20-0.40.
