The present invention comprises a device for producing shearing stress-sensitive cells, which uses any commercial reactor of the polymeric-bag with a capacity of 10 or 20 L, providing two platforms with control of temperature, rocking speed and rocking angle, of independent motion, these two platforms being used as a platform for bags of 20L. Provided is a versatile device adapted to the needs of bag bioreactors for the culture of cells which are susceptible to suffer damages caused by hydrodynamic stress. |
