摘要 PURPOSE:To provide the titled recording material with limited missing of dots by a method wherein a recording material having a specified base layer, an ink layer and the like is layered on a recording body so as to have the recording material contacting a return electrode and the surface of the recording material, a recording electrode respectively and then, the recording material is energized to transfer ink. CONSTITUTION:Recording materials 1 and 1' for energization transfer are made up of a double-layer structure of a base layer 11 and an ink layer 13 and a triple-layer structure of a base layer 11, an intermediate layer 12 and the ink layer 13 while these base layers 11 has such a surface smoothness as having not more than 10<-6>/mm.<2> pieces of protrusions with the diameter exceeding 100mum, not more than 10<-2>/mm.<2> pieces of protrusions with the diameter of 50-100mum and 1/mm.<2> of protrusions with the diameter of 10-50mum on the surface respectively. This energization recording material 1' for energization transfer is superposed on a recording body 2 so as to have the recording material 1' contacting a return circuit electrode 4 and the surface thereof 1', a recording electrode 3 and then, a voltage 5 is applied to flow current 6 through the recording material 1' so that an ink is transferred to the recording body 2 to perform recording.
