Disclosed is an organic light emitting display device comprising: a substrate; a thin film transistor which is arranged on the substrate, and includes an active layer, a gate electrode, a source electrode and a drain electrode, a first insulation layer arranged between the active layer and the gate electrode, a second insulation layer arranged between the gate electrode and the source and drain electrodes, a third insulation layer arranged on the source electrode and the drain electrode, and a conductive layer which is arranged on the third insulation layer, and penetrates the third insulation layer to be electrically connected with the source electrode and the drain electrode; a first line which is arranged on the second insulation layer and made of the same material as the source electrode and the drain electrode; a second line which is arranged on the third insulation layer and made of the same material as the conductive layer, wherein at least a portion of the second line overlaps the first line; a fourth insulation layer which is arranged on the third insulation layer to cover the conductive layer; and an organic light emitting element arranged on the fourth insulation layer. According to the present invention, a large-sized panel with high resolution can be stably implemented by lowering a resistance of a line layer. |
