USE:Useful for researching PC, artificial membrane and artificial material for medical use, etc. PREPARATION:For example, a substance obtained by fixing phosphatidylcholine (PC) derived from egg york of chicken on a nitrocellulose paper and homogenizing the fixed PC in phosphoric acid-buffered physiological saline is used as an antigen and the antigen is directly immunized into BALB/c mouse spleen and acid-treated Salmonella Minnesota bacterium applied by PC is immunized from end vein as additional immune and after final immune, the spleen cell is fused with myeloma cell strain to establish hybridoma and the hybridoma is subjected to cloning and the clone is cultured to provide the monoclonal antibody.</p> |
