PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder composition for power storage device capable of improving the characteristics, such as adhesion, slurry for power storage device electrode, power storage device electrode, and power storage device.SOLUTION: A binder composition for power storage device contains a polymer (A), a polymer (B), and a liquid medium (C), where the polymer (A) contains a repeating unit (A3) shown by following general formula (3), and the polymer (B) contains a repeating unit derived from at least two kinds selected from a group consisting of vinylidene fluoride, tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene.
