PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removal method and a removal device for preventing readhesion of once removed magnetic powder to a molding, when removing magnetic powder adhering to the surface of a molding molded of the magnetic powder in a magnetic field.SOLUTION: A magnetic powder removal method for removing unnecessary magnetic powder adhering to the surface of a molding C obtained by molding magnetic powder in a magnetic field applies a magnetic field, having an intensity and a direction changing with time, to the molding by moving a plurality of arranged permanent magnets M1-M4 relatively to the molding, peeling the magnetic powder adhering to the molding by means of the magnetic field, and then attracts and removes the magnetic powder by means of the permanent magnets.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
