PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mass spectrometer capable of reliably determining a reference ion which is not affected by other analysis object compound when qualitative or quantitative analysis for a plurality of analysis object compounds is performed.SOLUTION: A mass spectrometer comprises a storage unit 41 which stores, for each of a plurality of compounds, compound information including information on a mass-to-charge ratio of ions generated from the compounds, a compound designation input acceptance unit 42 which accepts, from among the plurality of compounds, input for designating a plurality of analysis object compounds which are qualitative or quantitative targets, a compound information extraction unit 43 which extracts compound information on the designated analysis object compounds from the storage unit 41, and a reference ion candidate presentation unit 44 which presents one or more ions different in a mass-to-charge ratio from ions generated from other analysis object compounds, about each of the plurality of analysis object compounds, as a reference ion candidate to an analyzer on the basis of the compound information extracted from the compound information extraction unit 43.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
