PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance cooling performance of a cooling device at low cost.SOLUTION: A cooling device flows air to a first opening part 60A and a second opening part 60B of an outer frame member 54 through which a refrigerant flow passage 42 penetrates, thereby to cool air. The first opening part 60A is sealed with a first cover body 74A to which one end of a liquid flow passage 84 is connected, and the second opening part 60B is sealed with a second cover body 74B to which the other end part of the liquid flow passage 84 is connected, and thus, the cooling device flows liquid to the inside of the outer frame member 54 thereby to liquid-cool refrigerant. The cooling device can change from air cooling to liquid cooling, while using the outer frame member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
