PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and precisely adjust a snow melting speed by supplying outside air directly to an air layer in contact with a snow mountain through a simple, low-cost structure.SOLUTION: A snow melting speed adjustment system includes: a protection sheet 3 which covers a snow mountain 2 such that an air layer E can be formed in a sealed state with the snow mountain 2; a first air blowing fan 4 which links the inside and outside of the protection sheet 3 and supplies first outside air R1 directly to the air layer E; and an indirect air blowing part 5 which links the inside and outside of the protection sheet 3 through a heat exchange pipe 6 buried in the ground G right under the snow mountain, and supplies second outside air R2 to the air layer E indirectly by making use of heat exchange. |
