PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a medical polymer material having a stable blood compatibility function without being affected by a polymer material and an additive contained therein by washing the polymer material applied with a blood compatibility material with water or an aqueous solution containing inorganic salts in a specified range of temperature. SOLUTION: A polymer material applied with a blood compatibility material is washed with water or an aqueous solution containing inorganic salts in the range from 20 deg.C, especially preferably 60 deg.C as a lower limit and to 135 deg.C, especially preferably 125 deg.C as an upper limit. Thus, after washing, the material can be used just after being dried, and a lowering of function due to deactivation or modification of the blood compatibility can be prevented. The washing time which will not cause deformation of the polymer material will be sufficient. It is desirable that the solution containing the blood compatibility material is brought into contact with the high polymer material to create an applied part of the blood compatibility material in the high polymer material, and then the blood compatibility material-applied part from which a solvent is removed is applied. |
