PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to promote high thermal insulation and high air-tightness, enable an indoor vent-layer to independently control temperature, prevent the occurrence of condensation specially in an underfloor space while favorite indoor thermal environment can be formed and to provide a building structure having venting efficiency excellent even in venting efficiency inside the structure. SOLUTION: Cloth inside thermal insulating boards 5 are stretched around the inside of the cloth constituting the peripheral surface strip footing 1, the foundation thermal insulation structure stretching the mat foundation upper surface thermal insulating boards 5 so as to contact to the cloth inside thermal insulating boards 5 are provided to the upper surface of the mat foundation part 30, and outside vent layers 6 and inside vent layers 7 are formed respectively in outdoor and indoor sides of thermal insulating materials 8. Then, a connection passage 40 for connecting the inside vent layer 6 to the open air is provided. |
