SOLUTION: This is a new DNA fragment which contains at least a promotor region of human MCM7 (minichromosome maintenance 7) gene DNA full-length base sequence, is suitable, for example, for mass production of a vaccine for the human body and an antibody for diagnosis (because expression in a cell derived from human cell depends on the cell cycle, and is not modulated), and can be used, for example, for expression vectors useful as means, for example, for the gene therapy, for example, for human cancer. This human MCM7 gene promotor is obtained by extracting genomic DNA from cells from fresh tissue removed upon an operation or cell lines derived from a human body, followed by amplifying a genomic DNA fragment extracted from a human cell line by PCR based on the genome walking method using primers. |
