After that, an intermediate generation command means 14B commands generation run only in an interval up to when the charged rate reaches an intermediate generation finishing charged rate, if an intermediate charging start condition judging means 13B judges that the charged rate has reached an intermediate generation starting charged state. After this, an optimum generation command means 14C commands generation run only in an interval up to when the charged rate reaches an optimum generation finishing charged rate, if an optimum generation start condition judging means 13C judges that the charged rate has reached an optimum generation starting charged rate. |
