SUBSTANCE: device has low-noise amplifier, mixer, intermediate frequency amplifier, filter of spectral components, group of m dividing filters, where m is number of spectral bands covering spectrum of wide-band signal. In addition device has group of m dividers, constant quadrature phase shifter, two units of controlled phase shifters, two groups of synchronous phase detectors, with m detectors in each group, two groups of analog-to-digital converters, with m converters in each group, and two digital adders. EFFECT: increased signal-to- noise ratio for processing of wide-band signals. 2 dwg
