SUBSTANCE: invention proposes derivatives of 5-[(2H-pyrrole-2-ylidene)methyl] -2,2'-bi-1H- -pyrrole of the general formula (I) <EMI ID=0.1 HE=28 WI=57 TI=CHI> where R means H or C1-C6-alkyl; R2,R4,R5 mean hydrogen atom; R3 means C1-C5-alkoxy-group that can be free or substituted with phenyl; R6 means hydrogen atom, C3-C14-alkenyl or C1-C20-alkyl that can be free or substituted with halogen atom, hydroxy-group, phenyl, phenylhydroxy-, carboxy-, cyano- or -CO-morpholino-group; or R5 and R6 in common form C4-C9-polymethylene chain that can be substituted with C1-C12-alkyl; and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts showing immunomodulating activity. Invention proposes the method of synthesis of compounds of the formula (I) by interaction of the compound of the formula (II) <EMI ID=0.2 HE=28 WI=41 TI=CHI> with the compound of the formula (III) <EMI ID=0.3 HE=26 WI=26 TI=CHI> also and the pharmaceutical composition showing immunomodulating activity.
