PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaner in which adhesion of contaminant to a heat exchanger can be prevented. SOLUTION: The inventive air cleaner 1 comprises air discharge path and an air supply path passing through a heat exchanger 21. Purification units 3, 4 comprising photocatalyst carriers 33, 34 are disposed in the air supply path on the upstream side and downstream side of a body unit 2 including the heat exchanger 21. After contaminants are decomposed and removed by the photocatalyst in the purification unit 3, supply air is introduced to the heat exchanger 21 and purified surely by the photocatalyst in the purification unit 4 thus preventing heat exchanging efficiency of the heat exchanger from lowering. |
