PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable suitably controlling a change gear ratio even when something unusual occurs in a throttle opening detecting means. SOLUTION: An engine controlling means 5 takes on two values of an idling state or not under normal conditions. When an abnormality is detected, a value of an idle switch signal b entered in a change gear controlling means 6 is switched with a frequency which cannot be generated in normal conditions, and the abnormality of a throttle opening detecting means 4 is made to transfer to the change gear controlling means 6. |
