EQUIPMENT FOR RESERVING STOCK OF ROLLED PRODUCT AND METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize shipment loss by enhancing shipment work efficiency for cut away shipment from rolled product stock. SOLUTION: The stock reserve part 104 of a processing part 100 treats stock reserve by referring to a commodity master information part 101 and a stock master information part 102. An order not instructed lot treatment reserves a difference between order length and roll length as the minimum stock. A plurality of orders instructed the lot treatment reserve stock considering the stock standard value for each order to settle order length impossible the reserve. The total settled order length is assigned the reserve considering the stock standard value. When the reserve is impossible, a rolled product having the maximum roll length is reserved. The remained order length receives the reserve considering pattern repeat length.
