Veneer pile cutting machine blade beam - is adjustable relative to support bench, for insertion level variation

The blade beam is sited above the support bench, on a machine for cutting up assemblies of veneers, or similar. The blade is interchangeably held in the beam, which is mounted in the machine frame so as to be adjustable in relation to the bench, so that the insertion height can be varied. It is pref. displaceably connected to a guide frame on one side, located above or below the bench in the machine frame (13), on a sloping plane. The guide frame may be mounted by means of support rollers, or similar. Energy is saved, and a rapid cutting sequence achieved, by virtue of relatively short thrust.
